We work with and for adults living with cognitive disabilities who would benefit from living and participating in an active residential program. LiveOak residents are able to be involved both with our LiveOak family and in the surrounding community.
Consultations & Visits

Cost
Our daily fee is a fixed amount, making future care predictable.
Most individuals are privately funded through trusts, worker's comp, or private pay.
Traditional insurance policies or government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid typically do not pay for
our services but are often used for medical care and medication.

LiveOak is an intentional community that provides people with cognitive disabilities a caring and supportive community where they can grow and thrive throughout their lifetime. We are comprised of three different locations; LiveOak Ranch, LiveOak Apartments, and SmithHouse. Each location provides different supports and opportunities to meet the unique wants and needs for each individual.
