A typical day on the job may include driving residents to appointments, assisting with meal preparation and clean up, supporting residents with real-life problems, supervising medications, taking part in health and fitness activities with residents, and going on recreational outings. Our staff members are here to support our residents in their homes. We perform a comprehensive pre-employment background check on all applicants, including criminal history and misconduct registry.
All applicants must submit a driving history record and undergo a background check; a clean driving record and insurability are mandatory for all employees. We are a drug-free worksite: a clean pre-employment drug screen is a requirement for employment.
